A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform Ecosystems to lead their Platform Ecosystems team.

• Lead the team by writing code, reviewing PRs, and fostering a high level of technical productivity
• Empower team members through coaching, mentoring, and managing career development
• Collaborate with the product team to establish engineering priorities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of people management experience in a high-growth startup
• Experience in recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Significant hands-on experience as a software engineer, with a preference for full-stack experience
• Experience with Typescript or Go is a plus
