Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in delivering scalable software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, overseeing critical parts of the platform
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leads on roadmap definition and feature implementation
• Facilitate technical decision-making and contribute to organizational initiatives within the engineering group

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development and delivery
• 2+ years of experience managing full stack engineering teams
• Experience with modern software engineering concepts such as Domain Driven Design and distributed systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, Kotlin, or Java
• Experience in establishing partnerships with Product Managers and other stakeholders
