Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering performance, execution metrics, and delivery health across multiple squads
• Provide direct people leadership, coaching, and talent development for engineers
• Oversee hiring decisions and maintain a strong engineering talent bar

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in modern SaaS environments
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineers, including senior ICs
• Strong technical judgment and ability to coach engineers
• Experience using metrics and operational data to improve engineering execution
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments
