Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Offers team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
• Own delivery for the Offers roadmap, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and other teams to shape roadmaps and define success metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers
• Strong technical background in backend systems or data-intensive applications
• Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale
• Proven track record of leading teams to ship complex projects
• Commitment to engineering best practices including testing and observability
