Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services and APIs
- Drive cloud-native designs and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Coach and develop engineers, set goals, and manage incident response
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong hands-on .NET development experience
- Experience with AWS and production system operations
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with high-throughput, event-driven services
