Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services and APIs
Drive cloud-native designs and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Coach and develop engineers, set goals, and manage incident response

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience
Strong hands-on .NET development experience
Experience with AWS and production system operations
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
Experience with high-throughput, event-driven services
