Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services and APIs
  • Drive cloud-native designs and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Coach and develop engineers, set goals, and manage incident response
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of engineering management experience
  • Strong hands-on .NET development experience
  • Experience with AWS and production system operations
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with high-throughput, event-driven services
