Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering (Real-Time Data Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 backend engineers, fostering their technical growth
• Write production Go code and design architecture for real-time data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and deliver customer value

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with large data systems
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams while coding
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with ML and LLM pipelines
• Deep understanding of real-time data processing and event-driven architectures
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
