Key Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack product engineering team of 6-8 engineers, balancing technical expertise with people management

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes while balancing technical quality and user experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring and team-building
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving teams that have built and shipped high-quality products at scale
• Strong computer science fundamentals; a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
