Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role managing teams of 6-8+ engineers
• Experience in managing and developing senior individual contributors
• Proven track record in guiding product and technical strategy
• Experience with backend systems coordinating complex workflows at scale
• Background in SaaS product features and understanding of full-stack engineering
