Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Scaling to lead their Scaling team and enhance performance and efficiency across the Superchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate protocol upgrades across the Superchain from planning through execution and rollout
• Drive benchmarking and performance analysis efforts to enhance the OP Stack's efficiency
• Empower the team to deliver upgrades quickly and safely while improving tooling and processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in a high-growth or technically complex organization
• Experience in recruiting and retaining high-performing engineering teams
• Strong background in distributed systems, protocol engineering, or large-scale infrastructure
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with high technical ambiguity
