Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience with a focus on team feedback and performance reviews
• 5+ years of experience in building quality, production-grade software
• Experience with React and modern frontend technologies is a plus
• Experience with Python is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with AWS, microservices, and data streaming architectures is beneficial
