Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Home Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while ensuring alignment with business goals
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in system design and complex problem-solving
• Collaborate with product management to develop and execute a roadmap for the logged-in home experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in software product development, including 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience in system design and algorithms
• Experience managing large-scale distributed systems using modern backend technologies
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies and their integration with backend services
