Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the CDX Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on platform security and configuration capabilities
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for the Control Center's core services
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, code quality, and system performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (Advanced)
• Proven leadership experience in people and project management
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and production support
