Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Core Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop backend platform engineers responsible for core services
• Remain highly hands-on in backend system design, architecture, and critical coding efforts
• Drive prioritization and strategy while balancing delivery, system health, and developer experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, leading and developing software engineers
• Strong backend engineering background with hands-on experience in distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to remain deeply involved in technical design and architecture
• Experience operating and evolving large-scale backend services in production
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and represent teams effectively
