Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Content Creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of developers, defining hiring plans and mentoring engineers
• Lead efforts in AI content generation and machine learning engineering to improve architectural problems and content quality
• Provide technical leadership in system architecture and roadmap execution, ensuring effective delivery across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Multiple years of experience with complex projects, ideally in JavaScript web applications
• Strong experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Experience managing teams of 4 or more engineers
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms and scalable system architecture
