Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Experience in defining and evolving platform architecture
• Experience in managing architectural trade-offs and tech debt
• Proven ability to develop and mentor engineers
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices
