Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform to lead a team of engineers in supporting a cloud infrastructure and enhancing product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform team in designing and building cloud infrastructure for a distributed SaaS application
• Collaborate with Security on SOC2 audits and implement necessary controls
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing features while keeping the platform updated with the latest frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in an engineering management role
• Experience with AWS, Rust, Rails, Docker, Angular, or related technologies
• Familiarity with complex software architectures in SaaS and web environments
• Experience in building diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment
