Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Code Sync.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform, focusing on design to code workflows
• Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders while managing project timelines and resources

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in web development technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
• Proactive approach to addressing challenges and staying updated with emerging technologies
