Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering to lead a practice improvement team focused on enhancing software development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide technical solution design and architecture while participating in system design discussions
• Support agile practices and facilitate collaboration within and across teams to achieve common goals
• Coach and develop engineering talent through regular feedback and career planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an IT discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance teams and execute large projects
• Experience in developing solutions to complex business problems with effective stakeholder communication
