Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience managing remote software engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, preferably with relevant technology stack
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
