Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their QuickFrame Marketplace team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers, promoting continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring
• Provide technical oversight on frontend and backend development, including serverless architectures and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and serverless architectures
• Familiarity with modern development practices: Agile, Git/SVN, CI/CD, and release management
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage multiple priorities
