Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead software development projects and manage a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the team with clear direction and ensure resource availability
• Participate in solution development and ensure delivery of quality, scalable code
• Provide strategic oversight and architectural direction for new initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing teams of developers (ideally 5-7+ members)
• Core technical knowledge in Java, Spring, AWS, MongoDB, and PostGres
• Experience with C#/.NET and Python for automation and micro-service efforts
• Ability to learn from unsuccessful projects and improve processes
• Experience in launching multiple products or new features into the market
