Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Onshore) to lead cross-functional product engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for web applications built with Angular or React and Java/Spring Boot microservices
• Guide solution architecture, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines and championing reliability practices
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for onshore-offshore handoffs and stakeholder management

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management
• Proven hands-on experience with Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and API-first development
• Experience running Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams with Jira/Confluence
• Ability to create technical artifacts and manage effective handoffs across time zones
