Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional product engineering in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for web applications built with Angular or React and Java/Spring Boot microservices
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical work transitioning from onshore to offshore development teams
Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and champion reliability practices in Google Cloud

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in technical leadership/engineering management
Hands-on experience with Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform, and GitLab CI/CD
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
Experience running Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams with Jira/Confluence
Ability to create technical artifacts and manage effective handoffs across time zones
