Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Business Level Support for incidents related to systems or processes
• Oversee day-to-day support functions and coordinate with internal and external teams
• Monitor shipment processes and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related quantitative discipline
• Five (5) years of related professional experience in freight forwarding or brokerage practices
• Deep familiarity with CargoWise One and EDI/Integration technologies
• Experience in managing support teams and operational processes
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices
