Key Responsibilities
- Empower and manage a high-performing engineering team to deliver impactful technical solutions
- Shape the technical vision and strategy for SmartDesk while driving product development through collaboration with various teams
- Make critical architectural decisions and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives to enhance technical capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 6 or more members
- Proven experience in designing and scaling AI-powered SaaS products in B2B2C environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with diverse technology stacks such as React and C#
- Deep expertise in transforming AI capabilities into production-ready systems
- Experience with modern AI development tools and frameworks
