Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals and production-grade engineering experience, ideally with Go
• 3+ years of management experience leading high-performing backend teams
• Ability to foster a "Builder Mindset" among engineers while providing guidance without micromanaging
• Cognitive flexibility and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
• Experience in open-source contributions and familiarity with AI infrastructure is a plus
