Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Energy to lead a multidisciplinary software engineering team within their Energy organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for systems built with .NET, legacy Delphi, and AWS-native services
• Lead modernization efforts, including migration of legacy workloads to AWS serverless and managed cloud services
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of software engineers while ensuring systems meet security, reliability, and scalability standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership or technical team lead experience and 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) enterprise application development and modernizing legacy Delphi systems
• Experience building and operating cloud-native systems on AWS, including services such as Lambda, RDS, and S3
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and cloud-native architecture
