Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce and Full Stack engineering teams to enhance the advisor-client Discovery experience
• Drive stability, quality, and modernization of engineering processes and systems
• Collaborate with product management to align team efforts and ensure predictable delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years in Information Technology, with 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT management
• Experience managing high-performance work teams and executing large projects
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage customer relationships
