Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, PLG.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team, setting clear goals and driving collaboration
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence
• Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and best practices, optimizing team productivity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails, and experience with AWS and Datadog
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies
• Strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership
