Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead a team in building a modeling canvas for business process orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team responsible for the modeling canvas, ensuring an intuitive and reliable user experience
• Own delivery and quality, aligning work to a clear roadmap while balancing feature development with technical excellence
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to shape the canvas vision and clarify requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers as a people manager, including performance management and team health
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing product features in collaboration with Product and Design, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and their pragmatic application within a team
• Experience with incident and escalation management, including prioritization and stakeholder communication
• Comfortable working in a remote-first setting, with strong collaboration skills
