Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Client Portal team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and career growth
Guide the application of Domain Driven Design principles to ensure a modular and maintainable portal
Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to translate business visions into scalable technical strategies

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role
Expertise in Next.js and TypeScript for building complex, data-heavy interfaces
Comfort with Golang for designing robust APIs for high-concurrency B2B tools
Practical experience implementing Domain Driven Design in production environments
Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring services in AWS
