Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in AI, ML, or data-driven environments
• Strong technical background with hands-on development experience
• Experience building AI-powered, user-facing products
• Ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
