Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering- Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously deliver and improve the infrastructure platform
• Guide the team to achieve a zero-touch scalable infrastructure through AI-driven engineering
• Prepare and execute strategies for CI/CD and artifact distribution systems to scale without increasing engineering toil

Required Qualifications

• People leadership experience with a track record of developing engineers to senior levels
• Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to translate tech needs into actionable engineering strategies
• Senior-level technical competency with hands-on experience in cloud providers and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and scaling high-load CI/CD systems
• Backend engineering background, fluent in at least one programming language
