Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on technical growth and best practices
• Drive sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements
• Champion engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and incident management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of building and shipping production systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript, including modern frameworks
• 2+ years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
• Experience with systems infrastructure, including cloud platforms and scalable architecture design
