Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with a focus on people development
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
