Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions and provide strategic direction across asset management technologies and digital experience platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives
• Coach and develop engineers, fostering a high-performing team environment and promoting continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline focused on asset management and digital client experiences
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, with a focus on asset management and digital client experiences
• Strong understanding of API design and development, including architecture, security, and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and execute large projects effectively
