• Manage engineering resources, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive delivery execution by collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or technology roles
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Demonstrated experience managing engineers with direct HR responsibility
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architectures
