Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead an Agile engineering team and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team to achieve product roadmap objectives and foster a collaborative team culture
• Design, develop, and deploy Cloud-based applications focusing on microservices and REST APIs
• Engage with stakeholders to gather project information and ensure high standards of quality throughout development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with six years of experience as an Engineering Manager; or a Master's degree with four years of experience
• Experience building and testing interactive web-based applications and API-driven microservices
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (React or Angular) and backend technologies (Java Spring Boot or Golang)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support the technical growth of engineering teams
