Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to clarify requirements and deliver business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles
• Strong background in full stack development (Python, Node.js, React, or similar)
• Experience managing agile development processes (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable systems in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability throughout the software delivery process
