Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Customer Dashboard Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dashboard reliability, including infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines
• Enhance developer experience through tooling, development environment, and design systems
• Manage platform capabilities such as authorization, audit logging, and configuration management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in platform engineering, building internal tools or developer platforms
• Strong full-stack technical skills, particularly with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and handling production incidents
• Leadership experience in project management or mentoring engineers
• Ability to think in systems and understand the impact of decisions across teams
