Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering delivery of their enterprise Login & Identity platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop two Login & Identity engineering teams
• Drive delivery of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle capabilities
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Deep expertise in identity and access management, including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO, and MFA
• Experience delivering secure, highly available platforms in cloud or hybrid environments
• Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms and experience in regulated industries
