Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
• Proven experience building applications using Ruby on Rails and React
• Experience in building SaaS solutions in an engineering capacity
• Strong track record of leading engineers to deliver roadmap initiatives
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining engineering talent
