Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager who will focus on team management, strategic alignment, and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of engineers on shared platform capabilities
• Provide strategic oversight and architectural direction for new team initiatives
• Ensure delivery of quality, scalable, and well-tested code on time and in scope

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing teams of developers (ideally 5-7 members)
• Core technical knowledge in Java, Spring, AWS, MongoDB, and PostGres
• Experience with Python and C#/.NET for automation and micro-service efforts
• Strong understanding of computer science principles and SDLC best practices
• Ability to work well with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
