Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead software projects and manage a technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project needs and manage timely, budget-conscious delivery
• Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions aligned with client requirements
• Provide technical guidance and maintain quality of project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in similar roles
• Solid technical background in software engineering, preferably with Node.js and React.js
• Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people
• Fluent in English and Arabic
