Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead a cross-functional team in developing autonomous features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a feature squad, overseeing people, processes, and technical direction
• Manage performance through regular 1:1s, feedback, and formal reviews
• Collaborate with PM and Designer to shape project plans and maintain team focus

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience in production software
• Strong technical foundation with experience in building and operating production systems
• Proven ability to coach and develop engineers at various levels
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Comfort with remote-first work and managing team dynamics across time zones
