Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Operations Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Software and SRE engineers, promoting a collaborative environment
• Drive development and improvement of the Operations Platform, ensuring reliability and security
• Define operational standards and facilitate cross-team collaboration through effective documentation and tooling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing engineering teams focused on deployment frameworks and operational tooling
• Experience in building teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of secure contract management and configuration management in decentralized environments
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement operational standards and self-service tooling
