Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering management
• Experience scaling engineering teams and driving high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Operations
• Deep technical acumen with expertise in backend systems, AI/ML applications, or workflow orchestration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
