Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers, ensuring delivery outcomes and quality
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business priorities into technical plans
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate team growth and development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience directly managing engineers
• Experience leading teams of at least 4 engineers
• Strong track record of delivering complex software projects on schedule
• Solid system design fundamentals and architectural judgment
