Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities
• Plan and manage sprints in JIRA, ensuring commitments are met and adapting to mid-sprint changes
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with market needs and product strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams (ideally 6-10 engineers)
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience with JIRA
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in measuring project performance and defining metrics
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of AI/ML principles and ethical considerations in product development
