Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Provider Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of full-stack engineers for patient request and forms products
• Define and drive the technical vision for scalable workflows to reduce implementation costs
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive health data and establish strong engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management
• Experience leading teams building full-stack web applications (React, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar)
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture and secure data exchange
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2) and building compliant solutions
• Proven ability to establish engineering culture and delivery practices for new products
